WoW: Forever class guides
Every class got reworked talents, baseline raid buffs, unified hit and crit, and a new 16-point milestone talent. Here is how The Outfit builds each one for leveling, dungeons and raids.
Warrior
Victory Rush and Tactical Mastery are baseline, Rage flows faster, and Weaponmaster frees your weapon choice.
Paladin
Holy Strike at level 6, Seal of Fury for tanking, and Blessing of Kings for free. Undead can finally wield the Light.
Hunter
Baseline Aimed Shot at 20, traps in combat, pets that scale with your gear and a Marksmanship tree built around Lone Wolf.
Rogue
Smooth energy regen, combo points that stay on your target, axes, Mutilate, Venom and Death Mark.
Priest
Fear Ward and Devouring Plague for every Priest, Shadow Word: Death at 32, Penance at 21 points and new racial spells for Gnome Priests.
Shaman
A Totem Bar drops four totems in one cast, Lava Burst, Maelstrom Weapon, Riptide, and raid-wide Windfury Totem.
Mage
Frostfire Bolt at 40, Arcane Blast, Hot Streak, Ice Lance and Teleport: Dalaran. Orcs and Alliance Skyborne can now cast.
Warlock
Curses become Banes, DoTs can crit, pets scale with your stats, and Incinerate, Demonic Pact and Wrack cap the trees.
Druid
Omen of Clarity baseline, Revive at 12, Mangle for bears, Eclipse for Balance, Wild Growth for Resto and new Skyborne forms.
Global class changes in Forever
- Talent trees reworked. 51 points from level 10, with milestone talents at 11, 21 and 31 points plus a new 16-point milestone in every tree.
- Raid buffs are baseline. Blessing of Kings, Improved Mark of the Wild, Omen of Clarity and similar talents no longer cost points.
- One hit stat, one crit stat. Melee, ranged and spell hit are combined, and so is crit. Damage-over-time effects can now critically strike.
- Gearing is simpler. Bonus healing grants one third as much bonus damage, and caster weapons grant spell power while leveling.
- Six new race combos. Human Hunter, Dwarf Shaman, Gnome Priest, Orc Mage, Undead Paladin and Troll Warlock, plus the Skyborne on both factions.
