Gnome in WoW: Forever
Gnomes can be Priests for the first time, with two new racial spells: Confounding Flash and Contingency Plan. Eureka is reworked into an 8-second buff that now benefits Power Word: Shield.

Racials in Forever
Every race in Forever has two active and two passive racials, and most were retuned from Classic. Here is what is confirmed for Gnome.

| Confounding Flash (Priest) | Learned at level 10. Confuses up to 5 nearby enemies for 3 seconds; broken by damage. 0.5-second cast; 2-minute cooldown. |
| Contingency Plan (Priest) | Emergency healing racial that can critically hit. |
Best picks
- Mage and Warlock. Expansive Mind and Eureka make Gnomes the top Alliance casters.
- Priest. New in Forever with a unique AoE confuse for bad pulls.
- Rogue. Escape Artist against snares in PvP.
Gnome Priest is the Alliance healer pick that nobody will have seen before. Confounding Flash on a bad dungeon pull is a wipe saver.
